Angular Velocity

Angular velocity is a measure of rotational speed.

This is commonly measured in RPM, or rotations per minute. Other common measurements used are RPS (rotations per second), Degrees per second, and Rad/s (radians per second). Rad/s is a very useful measurement, as taking that rotational speed, and multiplying it by the radius of a wheel for example, will give speed.
