The LTC1477 is a digitally controlled high side [switch]. What's that mean? It means you use this baby to turn on or off power to a module or to an entire system. High current rating, and extremely low on resistance means that this one IC will let you easily control power to even the beefiest of circuits.

  • Extremely Low RDS(ON) Switch: 0.07 ohms
  • No Parasitic Body Diode
  • Built-In Short-Circuit Protection: 2A
  • Built-In Thermal Overload Protection
  • Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V
  • Inrush Current Limited
  • Ultralow Standby Current: 0.01µA
  • Built-In Charge Pump
  • Controlled Rise and Fall Times: tR = 1ms
