Transistor Array NPNPNP with BuiltIn Resistors 5pcs.jpg

Sold as a cut-tape of 5 pieces. This is a popular IC that combines a PNP and NPN transistors, as well as two base resistors and two pull-up resistors, all into one small Mini6 package (very similar to the SOT-457 package). We use this little IC for level translation and logic inversion on the SMD Shifter board but has a multitude of uses. Will work with SOT23 Breakout Board.
